- A quote for window, door or glass work. Use the free estimate form. It goes to a local pro who does that kind of job, photos included.
- A request that's gone quiet. Send your name and the job address. We'll chase it up or match you with another pro. Silence is the most common complaint about this trade, and we'd rather hear about it.
- Privacy, data and unsubscribe requests. Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop messages. Every marketing email or text we send carries an unsubscribe link. Our privacy policy explains more.

Send a message here with your name and the job address. We'll check where the request stands and follow up with the pro, or pass it to someone else. We can't promise a timeline, but we won't let it sit.
Can I send photos with a question?
Yes, attach them to this form. If you want a quote, add them to the estimate form instead so the pro sees them straight away.
